Exercise NOW!

I've been miserable long enough. I NEED TO GO BACK TO THE GYM! Weight loss for me will only be effective if I add exercise to it. It's winter time in this part of the world and I'm extremely tired just going up and down a few stairs. Talk about a miserable way of living... Last time I walked was probably around November but even when I was at school, at a warmer state, I didn't walk outside when it got cold. I went inside and walked til Spring time. Going to the gym will encourage me to go on with the weight reduction. Changing my lifestyle must include adding exercise to my life and be committed to it. The last time I lost weight successfully was 10 years ago. It's time to go back to my true, healthy self.
