Happy FRIDAY!

I "tried" to follow my diet or whatever the whole week, still can't do it. Today I hope to be faithful. I got rid of the snacks in my office. I should bring exercise clothes to the office next week in case the weather gets good, so I can walk during lunch time. So far I'm the biggest gainer in the office. That's funny and sad. I have another chance today to do right. Will I take it? Here is the food log:

Breakfast
Kashi Good Friends (1 cup)
1 banana
Organic Milk
Lunch
Turkey and hot pepper cheese sandwich
1 cup of hibiscus cranberry tea w/ honey
Water
64 ounces so far!
