My scale hates me!

Beggining a diet is tough, specially when you (I) haven't been extremely faithful. I have the greatest and best intentions but I just don't follow up with them. I hope to be able to start and keep losing weight for good. Exercise is going to offer the boost I need... My scale at home is horrible, it's different from all digital scales I have recently used. It seems like it's 5 pounds heavier. I really like the scale we use at work on Tuesdays. I need to stick with that one for a while, at least til I get a digital one myself.
Breakfast
2 cups of cereal (Kashi + hunny bunches of oats)
1 banana
Lunch
1 cup of veggies
1 piece of baked salmon
1 cup of tea with honey
I hope to stay faithful to myself this weekend - there's a snow storm coming - I have a lot of soul searching to do as well as a lot of exercising. Happy weekend to you!
