Fabulous weather& attitude


I'm glad it's Thursday. The weather has been fabulous in this part of the world. The best husband in the world (mine) and I (believe it or not) have been walking some. We walked twice this week!!! I have limited my portions some, it's been great to be able to go back to a somewhat normal routine. I don't expect an easy ride down to 125 but I'm willing to go through. It's great to have an understanding and supportive man in my life. I'm back to small goals as I keep small changes going. I asked God for help and I need to take the help this time :) I plan on losing 2 pounds by next Tuesday, the weigh in day here at work. My weight fluctuates close to my period, that's an annoying fact of life. I don't know how long the sunny days will last but I plan on taking advantage of them. I'm really looking forward to the summer. I want to walk more and enjoy the warmer weather. I want to eat more fruits and veggies. I want to take it easy on meat This week we've been doing really well. I found out that if I have plenty veggies I don't miss meat that much. Once you go a period of time without meat, even your breath smells better in the morning. A friend who went witouth meat for 21 days told me the same. I'm full of great intentions. I can't wait to keep putting them to practice. If I fall I want to keep trying again. With God's help I can do all things. PERSISTANCE!!!!
