There are no numbers today because my co-worker's office if closed til later on this week. I'm glad in a way because it takes away the pressure this whole process has. I heard a great thing at church yesterday: being in Christ doesn't include feeling guilty and condemned. Honestly, through all the blogs and weight loss stuff I read on the net, there are a lot of guilty fingers typing in the blogs I read. There isn't a perfect person out there and still those who make it feel guilty when they eat this and that. I don't care what people say, I'm doing it God's way. I don't like to feel guilty and condemned. God wants me to repent and walk in His ways. The choice is mine!
