Small goals

I'm on day 9 of my lifestyle change. I completely sucked yesterday if it wasn't for me stop eating at night. I count that as a joy. I realized I really need to focus more on what I'm doing daily. It ain't gonn' be like magic...

Small goas for me for me:
  • Drink more water
  • Walk three times a week
  • Have breakfast daily
  • Write more on diary for focus
  • Eat only when hungry
  • Decrease the number of desserts
