Faher's Day Dia dos Pais

Como prometido vou falar sobre o dia dos pais! Fomos na igreja, e levamos o Zeke pra almocar num restaurante tailandes (ele que escolheu). Demos um cartao que fizemos pra ele (o bebe tambem assinou) e escondido no cartao tinha 3 cartoes pra Old Navy, onde ele poderia comprar roupas qdo quisesse. Esse fds todas as roupas para homens estava com 50% de disconto, entao fomos depois do almoco. Zeke se sentiu muito especial no dia dele!

As promised, let me talk about Father's Day! We went to church and took Zeke out to lunch at a Thai restaurant (he chose it). We gave him a card we made (the baby signed too) and hidden in the card were three gift cards to Old Navy, where he could buy clothes whenever he wanted. That weekend all men's clothing was 50% off so we went after lunch. Zeke felt very good on his day!

Gracas a Deus consegui alcancar a maioria dos meus objetivos pra essa semana. Esse e o plano pra hoje:

Thank God I reached my goals for this week. This is the plan for today:

Breakfast: ½ 7 grain organic hot cereal, 1 cup of milk with coffee (1 grain, 1 dairy)

Snack: 1 ½ oz cheese, 14 kashi crackers, 1 apple, green tea (1 grain, 1 dairy)

Lunch: 1 cup vegetable soup and hummus (1 veggie, 1 protein)

Snack: 2 rice cakes, 3 T peanut butter, 1 apple (1 grain, 1 protein, 1 fruit)

Dinner: I ned 1 proteins, 2 veggies, 1 fruit, 3 grains, 1 dairy

My Goals for this Week:

{1} To burn at least 2,000 calories by walking 22 miles – 0.6 miles to go - 1,0970 calories burned!

{2} To get the correct amounts of protein, dairy, veggies, fruits, grains and water daily.

{3} Focus on behavior change, not on the numbers on the scale.
