10 things in 10 minutes

1. I went back to walking yesterday. The best way to get out there is to make sure I do it with friends. We had a good time!

2. My husband enjoyed the new dish I prepared. Now is on with dinner plans for tonight.
3. Flexibility has been the word of the week while trying to set a predictable schedule for baby. He's doing awesome, sleeping a golden 7 hours a night!
4. There's a fun weekend waiting for me. LOTS of things to do in town this time of the year and now baby will be part of it.
5. I was supposed to run a 5K this weekend but I backed out. Don't feel bad because all the training would be a little much for a first time mom trying to figure things out.
6. I need to make more trips to the store now that we are eating more fresh veggies.
7. Our garden is in bloom. Now someone needs to tell us when do we get out there and actually harvest all the things we planted. Whatever we get will be awesome for the first time!
8. I found a new appreciation for fresh greens (collards, kale, beet greens, etc). They are delicious and we don't take all day cooking them either. The best thing is that my husband likes them too!
9. Have I told you we planted a garden? Fancy for a city girl like me.
10. I know the summer won't last forever so I am trying to enjoy every minute of it. The baby loves to be outside, sometimes more than mamae does!
