Gym around 5 a.m. this morning. Can't wait to see what it's gonna be like in January. In grad school people would stand by your treadmill and wait for 10 minutes to get their chance. Talk about being serious about fitness... I can actually choose which machine I want right now. Good deal! A video post later on today. 

Goals for the week:

1. Malhar 5 vezes (3x)
2. Lift weights 3 times (2 out of 3)
2. Musculação 3 vezes (2x)
3. Drink 64 oz of water daily (3 out of 7)
3. Beber 2 litros de água por dia (3 x)
4. Weigh myself once a week (186.4 lbs on 11/16/09)
4. Pesar uma vez por semana (84.54 kg dia 09/11/09)
5. Watch portions, eat when hungry (so far so good)
5. Observar as medidas, comer só quando com fome (até agora está bem)
