Every day I wake up and look forward to summer. It's my favorite season. The warmth, the possibilities of getting outside and enjoying family friends... and for me, giving birth to a woman. Life is beautiful, life goes on, beauty goes on.
I'm half way there. It's hard to believe it! LP was born when I was 38 weeks and 5 days. Only God knows when LB will be born but I always believe my babies will be full-term and healthy. Guess what??? I have a girl friend who just found out she's pregnant. She got to know the gender of the baby because she's 18 weeks!!! My mom found out she was pregnant with me when she was around 5 months. It happens and honestly, it would be a thrill to find out you're expecting and having the convenience to know the baby's gender. Oh, the first trimester 'side effects' would be gone as well. That's pretty cool :) We're really excited for her and her husband! I hope to see them either before and after the babies are born!
I went back to work last weekend. I kept telling myself it was a piece of cake because last year I was 37 weeks at the end of the season. This time we're smack in the middle. It's been good, just different to run back home and make meals, change diapers and put baby to sleep. I truly admire working moms and I always will. I'm also thankful for the opportunities I have now. It will be interesting to see how things will work once we have two children.
I still haven't thought about a name. We're just so thrilled we're having girl! Oh, don't forget tomorrow is the last day you can be a part of my Giveaway.
