Christmas Design Fun

Tuesday, November 2, 2010

You and I have hundreds (if not thousands) of awesome images of our year. My plan is to customize my Christmas card with one of those images and Shutterfly will help me do that. Last year I attempted to do my own design but this year with two kids and an expanding holiday to-do list I'm going to tap into the awesome resource that Shutterfly is. Here are my top 3 pics for Christmas cards and the reasons why:
Royal Elegance
• I love black and white photos. So classic, to timeless! My friends and family will love seeing my kids in black and white. I have to say this is my top pick.

Spanish Thought Bubble
• First of all, I love the Latin flavor of the card. In my home country, Christmas is HOT and so is this design. With two kids under 2 I also can relate to this pose. Not every kid might be walking so this image really works.

Joy Sage Story
• Green is my favorite color, so I love this design. Very classic indeed! I love the 2010 stamp. I try to include the year somewhere in my designs as well, that's why this card makes my top picks. To see all Christmas cards, click here.

I've had a great experience with Shutterfly in the past. They designed the baby announcements for my first born and I have had great results when I send them my prints. Getting them in the mail has been awesome. The first step is to simply upload your photos and see the great possibilities offered.
I really like their calendar selection. I want to personalize a few calendars and give as Christmas gifts. I did a little research and saw that their prices are very good indeed.
