Friday • If the this week had a theme, it would be called New Beginnings. I will attempt to create the good habit of eating more fruits and veggies while cutting processed sugars out. I'm calling this 21 days to Healthy.
Tuesday & Thursday • these days are the days when I usually blog in Portuguese. I try not to simply translate my posts, I like to make them relevant to my Portuguese speaking friends. I'm thinking we're going to do a photo post of my friend Amanda's visit to Western North Carolina. Boy did we have fun!
