How to Make Exercise a Habit

Another week begins and you know you need to exercise. If the "idea" of exercising is not appealing to you, consider these benefits (courtesy of the Mayo Clinic):

2 • Exercise combats health conditions and diseases;
3 • Exercise Improves mood;
4 • Exercise boots energy;
5 • Exercise promotes better sleep;
6 • Exercise can help your mariage;

8 • Add your own reason here :) 

The reason why I added number 8 to the list, it's because without it, you will not succeed in making exercising a habit. Your personal reason for exercising gets you out of the door better than any trainer you may hire. Here are a few more helpful tips:
