Weight Loss after Baby Part 3

I have passed the half point of this journey. Now I am eager to reach my finish line. Before then, let me give you good update:
Baby #1 (April 2009)
Starting weight: 145 lbs
@ 9 months of Pregnancy: 195 lbs

Baby #2 (July 2010)
Starting weight: 190 lbs 
@ 9 months of Pregnancy: 216 lbs 
Final Weight: 156 lbs (Progression Photos here)

Baby #3 (June 2012) 
Starting Weight: 165 lbs 
@ 9 months of Pregnancy: 194 lbs 
Weight on 8/28/12: 170.8 lbs 
Current Weight: 149 lbs
July of 2013 and August of 2013
New: I'm currently training for the Houston Marathon which has been a great addition to my journey.
Nutrition: I am supporting my husband in his health journey, so we've been following the Weight Watchers approach for a couple of weeks. It's been a refreshing change and it is yielding good results.
My Secret: I can't point out one thing I did that that it's my secret but I can tell you four things that really helped me lose 45 lbs thus far.
Numbers: I had a physical recently and thank God all my numbers are great. Last year's numbers were good and this year they all improved. God is good and listening to Him has helped me greatly improve my health. Without giving you too much boring detail I can tell you that my numbers were better than I expected. Thanks be to God!
Rewards: I'm due for a pedicure soon. I usually do my own but I thought this would be a great treat for surpassing my lowest weight in the past 10 years. I'll get there.
What's Next? I want to be in my healthy BMI range before the end of the year. I need to write down my goal and update my Vision Board.

I pray that your health journey has been successful. Mine hasn't been flawless but I have learned a lot from my mistakes. Let's keep making progress towards better health!
