I've been in my wellness plan for 2 weeks and 5 lbs are gone. I'm happy about it and at the same time, I know that this is the time to practice persistence. Every time I start running, my body needs to warm up for a few miles. Those miles are often the most challenging ones during the whole run. Still, I need to get through them in order to successfully finish what I started. I feel the same about this wellness journey. The first few weeks, months, are challenging because my whole being is adapting to a new routine. I'm encouraged to press on. Take small steps towards your wellbeing my friend!
