A Summer Update!
I gave you a holiday update during my last post. Today I want to tell you about the months that led to me where I am. But first, the numbers:
January - 158.1 lbs
February - 156. 4 lbs
March - 156.1 lbs
April - 153.8 lbs
May - 153.3 lbs
June - 156. 3 lbs
It's been a busy 6 months. I'm glad I decided to challenge myself to keep going. I'm glad I'm still down for the year. I decided to pay special attention to the summer months because that's when I struggled the most last year.
I'm wrapping up my summer challenge in July. I'm excited about finishing the challenge and analyzing the next steps.
Starting weight: 175 lbs
Current weight: 156.4 lbs (-18.6)
First Goal: 153.4 lbs (-21.6)
Second Goal: 146 lbs (-29)
Final Goal: 136 lbs (-39)
