I make lighter cup...I see cake as one huge serving. I make lighter cupcakes. <BR/>You can make cupcakes with cake mix ½ cup of water two egg whites and a can of pumpkin. Chocolate mix you don’t taste the pumpkin. If you use yellow or white you can taste the pumpkin so add a little cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
