Weeked report

This is my second week on my plan. Last week, thank God, I did not get out of the plan for anything. I didn't have to force myself, I just did it. 7 pounds are GONE! I am so happy I even look better today. This is working wonders on my self-esteem. Let me tell you about the weekend: I did walk 5 times last week and I went hiking on Saturday. Once I got up the mountain and saw the breathtaking view, I decided I need to hike at least once a month. I plan on going next Saturday again. Here are the food logs:

1 cup of cereal (Kashi good friends + Oats and more); 1 banana; 2 teaspoons of flax seed; Light Soy Milk

small salad; baked chicken leg; 7 grapes

1 cup of cereal (Kashi good friends + Oats and more); 1 banana; 2 teaspoons of flax seed; Light Soy Milk
Snack
1 cup of tea

Small salad; half chicken breast; 2 teaspoons of rice; 2 tablespoons of black beans
Dinner
2 cups of Oats and More; 2 teaspoons of flax
64 oz of water each day the weekend
Hiking on Saturday
