The fun of eating well, of changing my attitude towards food is first of all, the new foods I get to try with moderation. I've been working on cooking healthy meals that are very tasty at the same time. My goal is for an explosion of flavor in my mouth every time I eat my food. I know, it sounds challenging but it has been a joy just to try. Sometimes it works, like with my mashed pesto potatoes :) I also noticed my relationship with food gets better when I release my frustrations in a healthy way. Food won't solve my problems, it just creates more of them. Just a few thoughts...
