"Premeditated" willpower: I give myself an A+ on that. We planned all our meals and I know this is rare. After all this time we're finally getting it! You have to plan to succeed. Grade: A+
Food Choices: They were great. I've been sick of chicken for a month so we re-introduced fish to our meals as well as peanut and almond butter. Great choices! A+
Exercise: Although I couldn't go to as many classes as I'd like I did exercise 6 out of 7 days. A-
Anti-Stress strategy: My favorite part: we took a train ride! That made my weekend! A+
Journaling: The introduction of the food diary was smooth. I only have two weeks on my pocket but this new tool has proven to be extremely helpful. A+
