New Fitness Challenge

My Goals for this week:
{1} To burn at least 3,000 calories;
{2} To get protein and dairy daily in my diet.
{3} Focus on behavior change, not on the numbers on the scale. Haven't touched the scale for 14 days, 7 more to go.

I almost burned 3,000 calories last week, this week I want to reach that number. Saturdays have definately been the most tempting when it comes to checking my weight. With God's help I haven't. I think I can hold on for one more week and find out what's up next week. It's a blessing not to be so dependent on the scale.

The 5K will be here before I know it. Am I ready? Sure I am! I am really looking forward to running for the first time. I look forward to enjoying my experience.
