How do you relax?

I'm supposed to be packing for Women of Faith but I'm reading blogs. That's one of the ways I relax. Both children are in bed, I have most of the house to myself. My day had some stress in it. Some of the stress is self inflicted. Either way, I'm thinking about ways to relax. 
I like to read and write. That's relaxing to me. 
I like to take a shower. That's relaxing to me. 
Getting my nails done is relaxing only if I don't have anywhere to be right after it. 
Working out is relaxing in a different way. I wouldn't do it at the end of the day - unless I badly needed it. I like to work out in the wee hours of the morning so I can feel awesome the rest of the day. I guess we can narrow it down to read, write, shower. How do you relax?

The other night, I took a bubble bath, something I haven't done in years and I was amazed at how relaxed I felt. I read a book in the tub, too, which is another thing I like to do to relax. Listen to music, read blog, watch something funny, sit and talk to family...there are so many things and it seems like there's never time to do it! :)

I like to watch something funny too! You are right, we need to MAKE time to do these fun things. Non-food rewards rock!
