Pregnancy: 37 Weeks

Thank you God for blessing me to get to 37 weeks! Arriving to 37 is always a big deal for me because the baby has done most of the growth and development inside of my uterus, which is a blessing. Here are my updates:
Obrigada Deus por me abençoar a chegar na semana 37! Eu sempre fico feliz de chegar nessa semana porque a bebê fez a maioria do crescimento dentro do meu utero, o que é uma bênção. Aqui vão alguns detalhes:
Pearls | O Bom
• My mother is here! She had a great flight from Rio and we are all having an amazing time together. I haven't seen her in person for almost 2 years. This is the first time she's ever seen me pregnant (in person). Last time she arrived almost a week after my daughter was born.
• Minha mãe está aqui! Ela teve um vôo muito bom do Rio e estamos nos divertindo muito por aqui. Eu não a vejo fazem quase 2 anos. Essa é a primeira vez que ela me vê grávida (de pertoa). Em 2010 ela chegou aqui uma semana depois que a minha filha nasceu.
• I am very healthy. My water level has been fluctuating (on the high side) for a few weeks so I was ordered to do another diabetes test and thank God I passed. My water is back to normal levels this week and the baby is growing and doing amazing.
• Estou bem saudável graças a Deus. O líquido amniótico estava alto então tive que fazer outro exame de diabete. Graças a Deus não estou com diabete. Minha água está de volta ao normal essa semana e a bebê está crescendo e muito saudável.
Poops | O Ruim
• None at the moment, thank God. I am practicing contentment and enjoying the end of this great. pregnancy.
• Nada no momento. Estou feliz e agradecida por essa gravidez ótima.

• My husband met my OB for the first time last week. He's been keeping the kids for me while I go to the doctor, that's why it took him 9 months to make it. We also took the opportunity for a quick tour of the hospital. We were very pleased with the facilities and looking forward to holding baby girl.
• Meu marido conheceu minha médica semana passada pela primeira vez. Ele que fica com os nossos filhos quando tenho consulta, por isso que demorou muito. Também fomos ver a maternidade pela primeira vez e ficamos mais animados pra conhecer nossa filhinha.
• I'm not dilating yet. If I remember correctly it takes me at least one more week to start dilating.
• Ainda não estou dilatando, acho que me leva pelo menos mais uma semana pra isso começar.
• I've been ignoring my practice contractions (or Braxton Hicks) for a while. Now that I am full-term I'll probably keep doing the same thing unless they get really strong. I am secretly wishing they hurry up and do that. I'm just really eager to see this girl.
• Estou ignorando minhas contrações por um bom tempo. Agora que minha mãe está aqui, espero que elas fiquem fortes logo :)
