Anxiety and Peace cannot live in the same body. Once I cast my cares on God through prayer He can fill my life with peace and all the answers I need come that way. When I hold on to worry and anxiety I'm pretty much on my own. This year I learned to give my worries to God and let Him do what He does best: work it out for me.
