Back to everything Week

This week we are celebrating back to school and the interesting thing is that I went back to work too. I am thankful to God for the amazing opportunity I have to serve the Lord Jesus and to represent my family at my job.
I've been back to work before. I taught preschool two years ago. Last year I took a break to write and spend more time helping my family.
This time around all my kids are in school for the first time which was a good time to pray about a job opportunity. God was gracious to us and we are so blessed.

I really enjoy my job. I also have to tell you that I am practicing what I preach and I am sticking with my Organization Center and so far it has helped me a lot.
I also know that the more prepared I am, the easier it is to get everyone started in the morning. Today was one of those days I learned from my mistakes.
I am also learning the value of knowing my productivity strategies well. I am remembering that the same God who gave me these opportunities equips me to accomplish them well. It is up to me to find the balance in all I do.
I've talked about balance before and I'll write about it again. Here's my view of balance: some stuff is not going to get done. Tonight for example I spent a lot of time making sure my laundry doesn't overflow. I could have spent more time online but then I had a major bug to fix. I do what I can with what I have and I trust God with the results.
Friend, I don't know what you have in your plate this Fall. Remember that God, who gave you these opportunities, equips you to accomplish them well.
