Summer Health Challenge Weeks 2 and 3

Week 2 

Recuperated from the Murph. I worked on getting more sleep and eating enough nutrients to bounce back stronger. I kept trying to reroute my routines through the challenge. 

Week 3

I did better than the week before. I was not as tired, but I was busy entertaining guests from out of town. I ate plenty of vegetables, fruits, and lean protein when available. We tossed all the junk food in the trash after the company left. We are committed to remain focused on our health journey. 

I have 48 days to go. I know I can still make great progress towards what I want to see in July!
