Happy and healthy

Happy week this has been! I was able to go to the gym 5 times and reach most of my goals. I have not weighed myself, so it will be interesting to see the numbers on Monday. My husband cooked me a special dinner which tasted awesome!

He really enjoyed the Chicken Cordon Bleu I cooked a few days ago, so today we had it again for lunch. It's been an awesome week! Be sure to stay tuned more great news and updates on my exercise and healthy eating. I am more determined than ever to keep living a healthy lifestyle. Have a blessed weekend everyone!

4. Pesar uma vez por semana (84.54 kg dia 09/11/09)
5. Watch portions, eat when hungry
5. Observar as medidas, comer só quando com fome
