I've been exercising every day this week since Sunday. The challenge is what to do once it gets cold but I can't worry about that now, I've been exercising at least 1 hour per day. I've been eating mostly good, healthy meals and not overeating at all. I'm not expecting a miracle after a week, I just want to get back on the habit again. My fiance reminded me that it takes around 28 days to form a habit, so I have 5 days in and more to go ;) I'm happy.
