I choose to be positive about being on diet. First of all, I need to change my language from diet to change of lifestyle.
The great thing about changing your lifestyle are the new discoveries you make along the way. You get to eat all kinds of new food when you change the way you eat.
I decided to quit eating red meat and start investing in seafood.
I will get out of the ordinary orange-banana-apple combo and try new fruits like cherry. I'll eat yogurt. I LOVE YOGURT!
I have a confession: When I'm on the bakery session of the grocery store I stare at all the bagels, cakes, pies, and anything else they have on the stove. I love the smell and looks of it! Of course I've been enjoying the taste for years, that's why I look the way I do. I will avoid that section from now on.
My weight is still the same as it was on Saturday. My attitude is different. I plan on walking for at least 1 hour and a half after work. GO GIRL!
