I need new goals! Bad! This is my plan for the week:
*Eating cereal for breakfast;
* Make sure not to get bored with food;
* Get a food log and be faithful with it;
* Reduce the size of my plate. If it don't fit it, you must quit it;
* Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day;
* Limit empty carbs comsumption to once a week (Tuesdays);
