How it all went down...

I don't plan on walking 15 miles between today and tomorrow. I became really discouraged last Tuesday after my weigh in and it did affect me the whole week. It got so bad last night I went to the freezer and got some of my Brazilian chocolate out. I ate 3 bonbons before going to bed. I noticed I was really, really tired yesterday evening, so part of it was being tired but confusing it with something else.
There's always today and tomorrow. I still want to walk today but probably not this morning.
I don't really have anything else to say. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

My Goals for this Week:
{1} Walk 26 miles; 15.4 to go!
{2} Get the correct amounts of protein, dairy, veggies, fruits, grains and water daily;
{3} Focus on behavior change, not on the numbers on the scale. Weigh in once a week on Tuesdays (06/30/09 - 178.2 lbs)
