Hope you enjoyed the video! Here are a couple of meals I've had this week:
Peppermint tea, banana, peanut butter, rice cake
Oatmeal with cinnamon & banana, decaff with 1/2 cup of 1% milk

lentil soup with kale

Shepherd's Pie

You're right, if you work it in WW, you will succeed. I've done it before but sadly, didn't continue the lifestyle. So yesterday I joined an at-work WW meeting. My 1st two baby steps will be to measure my food and track. it will be fun to follow one another's progress. blessings!

I'm so happy that you are going with WW. I have been on WW for over 2 years now and have lost 69 lbs- slowly but surely.

What a pleasant voice you have! After reaching your goal at WW, I'd suggest you to become a recepcionist at WW, if you can... it's not easy to keep the new weight unless you are envolved with the program forever. Good luck!

Oi, Cintia!
Eu fiz o vigilante à 5 anos atrás e foi muito bom, apesar de hj estar acima do meu peso, mas não perdi a consciencia do alimento.
Vou enviar p vc tenho a planilha do vp em excel, fica facil de marcar os pontos.
