This got me thinking.... I haven't really looked at how being myself can be a benefit to others. I have been more self preservation centered. Yet, I have found myself in the midst of trying to fit in and not step on toes at times and I think I have hindered benefit others could gain from my uniqueness. Today I plan to start with my peers relationships at work. Hoping that my personal normal "power of positive thinking" attitude is well received all around and that I don't hide it around anyone.
