I'm back, reality has hit. Lat night as I was packing the kids lunches, I was thinking about how thankful I am for the hope I have. Hope that this season of Advent brings. I am also excited that my hope spreads beyond this Christmas season and it lasts the entire year.
My Bible verse for the week is John 1:14: And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."
As Jesus is full of grace and truth, so am I. Instead of stressing out as usual because of the busyness of the season, I am encouraged to take a step back and take on my Lord and Savior's character. He's the Prince of Peace so I will carry that inside. He's full of grace and truth and I will show that everywhere I go this season.
I pray that as you step back to your every day life, you remember Jesus and take on His graceful and true character.
