Writing is a gift. 
In the past few months, I've been processing a lot of what's happening around me through writing. 
I have a journal I've been using it quite a bit. I process my thoughts and feelings through journaling but also my goals. 

When it comes to goals, I answer the following questions weekly:

1. What were your wins?
2. What were your challenges?
3. What is your plan to succeed next week?

The process of writing these answers keep me encouraged. Seeing my wins, challenges, and plan on paper helps me a lot. 

Journaling helps me get my thoughts out of my head into the paper. 
I journal when I need it and as a habit.
