1. What did you do in 2022 that you’d never done before?

Moved to Georgia

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yes and yes.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
One of my cousins. 

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes.

5. What countries did you visit?
The U.S. of A.

6. What would you like to have in 2023 that you lacked in 2022?
The quietness of heart and mouth.

7. What dates from 2022 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day we moved to Georgia was pretty epic.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Believing in God's plan for my family.

9. What was your biggest failure?
All of my failures taught me precious lessons. I appreciate them. I turned them into gems.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I stopped running for a spell.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
CrossFit membership.

12. Where did most of your money go?
Giving and life stuff.

13. What did you get really excited about?
Spending time with family.

14. What song will always remind you of 2022?
Probably "Weathered" by Bethel and all the new songs Zeke wrote.

15. Compared to this time last year, are you:
• happier or sadder? hilariously happier.
• thinner or fatter?  stronger.
• richer or poorer? wise.

16. What do you wish you’d done more of?
I wish I'd forgiven quicker.

17. What do you wish you’d done less of?
Worrying about folks who never really cared about me.

18. How did you spend Christmas?
We went to church and worshiped Jesus Christ the Lord! Then, home for Brazilian meal, gifts and family time.

19. What was your favorite TV program?
The Waltons.

20. What were your favorite books of the year?
The Scent Keeper, Erica Bauermeister; Calm Christmas and a Happy New Year, Beth Kempton; Grit, Angela Duckworth.

21. What was your favorite music from this year?
Zeke's new songs.

22. What were your favorite films of the year?
Downton Abbey: a new era.

23. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Spent the day with my family in Dallas. Took the kids ice skating for the first time. Ate Mexican food at lunch and enjoyed the mall!

24. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Forgiving quicker.

25. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2021?
Chic and creative.

26. What kept you sane?
Zeke, the kids, CrossFit.

27. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2022.
God remains wonderful.
