I had grand plans when I started my #Whatsfordinner Challenge. This is what actually happened:
![]() |
Arroz de Forno & Salad |
![]() |
Zeke fixed baked pasta with salad & Garlic Bread |
![]() |
Potato & cabbage cream soup |
![]() |
A brunch out: chicken and waffles |
![]() |
Lentils and cornbread |
![]() |
Baked chicken, green beans and rice |
• I became more methodical about planning dinner foods
• We saved big time on going out to eat
• We ate together more often
• The kids had the most fun trying new foods
It was a great experience and I look forward to continuing to add variety to our 'rice and beans' kind of menu.
What about you, what are you cooking for dinner tonight?
