Redial

We used immobile phones growing up. I remember waiting for a dial tone. I also remember when the line was busy and we had to redial.

The process was simple, no matter how frustrated I was. I had to stop the busy tone by hanging up and the second step was to redial.

A few years ago, I told you that I believe that September is the new January. This year, I want to encourage us to have a "Redial" time this month. The goal is to hang up whatever line was busy in the previous 9 months. We are going to redial by engaging in a combination of things we can do in order to reach our desired goal.

I chose the five areas where I can redial. I also chose specific things I can do in order to reach my goals. Be sure to choose at least one area you can "redial" this month.

Here we go:

1. Eating Habits - I will track my food consumption in the WW App. I will eat when hungry, stop when I'm satisfied.

2. Exercise - I will follow my marathon training plan.

3. Rest - I will go to bed 30 minutes earlier than normal so I can get 8 hours of sleep.

4. Parenting - I will remember to read my parenting goals for the year and do them.

5. Reading - I will carve time to read more books. I will do that by staying away from mindless browsing online.
