When Change Comes

Wednesday, October 9, 2019

"The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; Yes, I have a good inheritance."
Psalm 16:6 (NKJV)

We moved to Texas 8 summers ago from the cool mountains of Western North Carolina. The humidity we encountered was breathtaking. Eventually, we adapted.

Life seems to be the same way. Change happens, it takes our breath away and we adapt. If we can get to adaptation, we win.

East Texas has been breathtaking but in a peculiar way.

The beauty of people's hearts;

The beauty of nature;

Oh, the hills I have bee running also have been breathtaking.

God has brought us to a good place and we are thankful.

You may not be going through a major hometown move but maybe you feel there's change coming your way.

Remember that when change takes your breath away, you can choose to adapt to it.

You can choose to focus on beauty.

The more you see the good, the easier it will be to see God.

He has a good plan and a good place for you.

Let's greet this day with thankfulness.

God is good and He will always be.
