It is another incredible week at the Listenbee Kitchen! We have a birthday this week, which is a big blessing. We also have many cousins joining the fun. Here is the plan in progress:
Monday • Barbecue chicken, seafood brown rice casserole, salad - the secret is in the seasoning! I actually had time to allow the meat to marinate. It was amazing!
Tuesday • Turkey meatballs, rice, beans, salad. - I think we actually ate leftovers that day.
Wednesday • Leftovers (again, which is okay with me)
Thursday • Party food! - We made vegan/regular cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. I also made hotdogs, chicken nuggets and homemade chicken salad sandwiches.
Friday • Burgers, hot dogs + Fajitas for dinner
