Monday • Italian Chicken and vegetable skillet - I have all of these ingredients. I'm always looking for a different way to use what I already have.
Tuesday • Homemade chicken salad + Apple cranberry walnut salad - I grilled a lot last weekend. I love the taste of a homemade chicken salad. I also bought a lot of salad so I am eager to try this variation.
Wednesday • Brazilian stroganoff - it's been a while. Time to make one of our favorites. This recipe is simple and really easy.

Thursday • Simple spaghetti and rolls - Because I don't want to follow a recipe every day.
Friday • Out - some of us have commitments so others of us will eat out - or at least eat simple.
Saturday • Breakfast for dinner - homemade cinnamon rolls - I love making cinnamon rolls. I haven't made any in a long time so it is time. I do not make a lower-calorie version of it so dinner will be a great time to enjoy it along with eggs, fresh fruit and hot tea.
Sunday • Slow cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta - I always cook on Sundays. This recipe will be easy, delish, and ready when we come home from church.
