Weight Loss after Baby: Part 1

Every time I have a wonderful kid I get to the point where I need to put some effort into losing weight. This often happens when there is stability at home and the scale keeps moving down. I know it is up to me to eat well, exercise and manage stress well so the weight comes off for good. Here are my precious stats, posts and the current number with a video for you:

First baby (April 2009):
Starting weight: 145 lbs
@ 9 months: 195 lbs
Second baby (July 2010):
Starting weight: 190 lbs
@ 9 months: 216 lbs
Final Weight: 156 lbs

Starting Weight: 165 lbs
@ 9 months: 194 lbs
Current Weight: 170.8 lbs

In this journey I make many mistakes and learn from them. I am humbled by God's grace which empowers me to succeed. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
