Happy March friends! This week I am focusing on losing the next 5 pounds. Not all in one week but all in one month. My goal is to track 25 days this month, which will get me to my goal.
I am focusing on what I can do each day to succeed instead of feeling defeated when I derail.
It is March and we are marching on!
On to the next 5 pounds. Then to 5 more until I reach my goal.
Goal for the week: Track 7 days with the ww app. Exercise at least 4 times.
Start Weight: 175 lbs
