It is Vacation Bible School (VBS) Week. Here is the plan for the week:
• Hamburgers - I found a good deal at ALDI and bought a large amount of burgers. I think I'll try this In-and-Out Burger sauce recipe
• Pizza - I bought two pizzas from ALDI last week :) My husband added Canadian bacon and veggies to the pizza. Super yum!
• Shrimp Alfredo - I didn't have time to make it last week so this week it is!
• Rice, Beans, farofa - I have these ready to go. I will probably use leftover protein to go with it.
• Summer vegetable stew • I have a lot of these ingredients. I want to make some homemade rolls to go with it.
• Texas caviar, chips, hummus, cottage cheese + ranch dip.
• Eating out! - We have an early birthday celebration.
