Weight Watchers: Transitions

This week I started my new job. It's been a blessing and I'm encouraged to keep pursuing my weight loss goal. I will get there!

Goal for the week: Track 7 days with the ww app. Exercise at least 5 times.
Start Weight: 175 lbs
{Goal Weight:} 136 lbs
